It’s breakfast time!

YAY!

Breakfast is definitely my favorite meal of the day! I literally can’t wait to wake up and enjoy my breakfast with a cup of strong coffee.

Maybe it’s because the Burn Baby Burn meal plan has so freaking delicious breakfast recipes that are out of this world.

That’s why I decided to share some of them with all of you fit babes.

I’m preparing my top 5 favorite healthy breakfast recipes that are ready in less than 5 minutes.

Delicious, nutritious and so easy to make – you’re going to LOVE them!

Since breakfast is the most important meal of the day and a healthy morning usually means a healthy day, we’re making sure to start balanced AF.

Let’s get started right away!

#1 Let’s Make a Toast

This is my go-to breakfast every time I feel hungry but want a fast yet tasty fix-up.

Here’s how to do it…

  • Few slices of whole grain bread
  • Peanut butter
  • Banana

I love mixing peanut butter with almost any fruit, especially bananas.

Also, make sure to choose a quality whole grain bread and toast it up a bit.

#2 Experiment A Bit

If you are anything like me and can’t start your meal before taking a photo, this is the perfect idea for you.

Banana boats are so popular, yet they are so easy to do.

Just cut the bananas lengthwise, top them with:

  • Peanut butter
  • Berries, or
  • Oats and nuts

Some girls like to add up chocolate chips over their boats, but not me 🙂

If you want to keep a flat belly, keep it as raw as possible.

#3 Go Safe With Oats

You can’t go wrong with oats, as long as you mix them up with fresh fruit and a healthy dairy or unsweetened plant-based milk.

And here’s my favorite combo…

I just mix:

  • Rolled oats
  • Greek yogurt
  • Banana
  • Berries
  • Chia seeds

#4 Avocado Lovers, I Got Your Back

If you don’t like eating desserts that early in the morning, this is the perfect breakfast for you!

Brown rice cakes, topped with hummus and avocado.

You’ll need:

  • 2 Brown rice cakes
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 tablespoons hummus

#5 Tahini Lovers

And another toast recipe, but this time with tahini on top.

Yummy!

Here’s how I did it…

  • Whole grain toasts
  • Tahini
  • Apple slices
  • Raspberries

You can experiment as much as you want adding any other fruit you like best.
